Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking By booking or making any payment for a travel experience offered by Sisterhood OS, you (“the Guest”) enter into a binding agreement with Sisterhood OS (“the Organizer”) and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for all participants and will ensure they are informed. 1. General These Terms & Conditions, together with your booking confirmation and invoice, form the entire agreement between you and Sisterhood OS and supersede any prior communications. The version in effect at the time of booking applies unless otherwise confirmed in writing. 2. Reservation & Acceptance All experiences are application-based. A reservation is confirmed only after application acceptance (if required) and receipt of the deposit. Sisterhood OS reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation if it is not aligned with the safety or integrity of the group. 3. Currency All prices are quoted and payable in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments for a single booking cannot be split across multiple currencies. 4. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip price is required to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances unless stated otherwise in writing. 5. Payment Schedule The remaining balance will be split into 2–3 scheduled payments. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation without refund of amounts already paid. Airfare is not included unless explicitly stated. 6. Program Changes Sisterhood OS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or experiences due to weather, availability, safety, or operational needs. Natural events such as cherry blossom timing cannot be guaranteed. 7. Responsibility Travel involves inherent risks. Guests are responsible for their own health, well-being, and personal belongings and agree to provide accurate health or dietary information when requested. 8. Acceptance Submission of payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agreement to participate respectfully within the Sisterhood OS experience.
