How we price
Every Saha Synergy engagement is scoped and quoted after a conversation, because every business arrives at a different stage, carrying a different kind of weight.
Why there is no price list
A founder with a new offer and no team needs something very different from a founder leading a full team through a season of fast growth. A fixed menu would ask you to fit your business into our package, and we would much prefer to listen first, understand where the pressure really sits, and shape the work around that.
So the first step is always a conversation. If we both feel there is good work to do together, you receive a written proposal that sets out the scope, the timeline, what you will have in your hands at the end, and one clear total. You can read it in your own time and make a calm decision with everything in front of you.

It is a founder to founder conversation, held online, with no pressure to decide anything on the call.
- Where the business is today and what you are building toward
- What feels heavy right now, whether that is decisions, systems, people or money
- What you have already tried, and what it taught you
- Whether we are the right fit, with an honest word if we are not
- What would happen next, so you know exactly what to expect
