Privacy Policy | Saha Synergy

This policy explains what personal data Saha Synergy Group Limited ("Saha Synergy", "we", "us") collects through this website and our services, why we use it, who helps us handle it, and how you can control it. We are a company incorporated in Hong Kong, registered at Suite 1108, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Hong Kong, and we handle personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

1. What we collect

When you write to us or take the quiz: your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to give us, such as a phone number, a link, your message or your quiz answers. We also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
When you book a conversation: the details you enter in the booking form, which is run by Calendly.
When you pay us: your name, email, billing details and a record of your payment and of any terms you accepted at checkout. Card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see or store them.
When we work together: the information you share with us to deliver your engagement, such as business details, documents and account access you choose to give.
When you email us: your email and whatever you write.

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it

To reply to you and to send you a short confirmation that your message or quiz has arrived.
To prepare for and hold the conversations you book.
To deliver, invoice and keep records of the work you engage us for.
To send you emails you have asked for. Every marketing email lets you unsubscribe in one click.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

3. Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of trusted service providers, each only for the job described here:

Vercel hosts this website and processes the contact and quiz forms.
Supabase stores the messages and quiz answers you send us.
Resend sends the confirmation and notification emails for those forms.
Zoho Mail runs our email inbox.
Calendly runs our booking calendar.
Stripe processes payments.
MailerLite sends our email newsletters, if you join one of our lists.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this website, so your browser requests them from Google.

Some of these providers store data outside Hong Kong, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect data to a standard comparable to ours. We may also share personal data where the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants under a duty of confidentiality.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quiz answers for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep a sensible record of our conversations, and client and payment records for as long as Hong Kong law requires business records to be kept, which is generally seven years. When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

5. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have further rights under your local law, and we will honour them. Email sophia@sahasynergy.com and we will reply within 40 days, the time the Hong Kong ordinance allows, and usually much sooner. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong or the regulator where you live.

6. Security

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work, and store it with providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.

7. Children

Our services are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

8. Our other brands

Sisterhood OS, Soul Path Map, Best Friend Productions and Inner World Workout are brands of the Saha Synergy group. Where they publish their own privacy policy, that policy applies to them.

9. Changes and contact
