Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to every service you buy from Saha Synergy Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at Suite 1108, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Hong Kong ("Saha Synergy", "we", "us"). By using this website, booking a conversation or paying for a service, you agree to them.

1. Your engagement and its own agreement

Most of our work is scoped and quoted for you after a conversation. When we send you a proposal or a written agreement for a specific engagement, that document sets out the services, the fees and any revenue share, and it forms part of these terms. If it differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement for your engagement wins.

2. Accepting online

Where a checkout page asks you to tick a box agreeing to these terms or to an agreement for your engagement, ticking the box and completing payment is your acceptance and your electronic signature, with the same effect as signing on paper. This applies under the Hong Kong Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) and, where you are in the United States, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. We keep a record of your acceptance with your payment.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are the amounts in your proposal, agreement or checkout page, in the currency shown there. Payment is due as stated in that document, by card through our payment provider or by bank transfer. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees do not include taxes you are required to pay in your own country. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. Where an upfront payment releases materials to you straight away, such as a plan, a deck or recordings, it is non-refundable once those materials are released.

5. Sessions and bookings

Sessions are held online unless your agreement says otherwise. If you need to move a session, tell us as early as you can. Rescheduling is offered at our discretion, as described in the Refund Policy.

6. What we ask of you

Our work depends on the information and access you give us. You agree to give us accurate information, respond within a reasonable time, and make sure you have the right to share any material, data or account access you give us.

7. Results

We work hard toward the goals we set together, and targets in our proposals are goals, not a guarantee. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your decisions, your market and how the plan is carried out.

8. Who owns what

Your business, your brand, your accounts, your content and your data remain yours. Deliverables we create specifically for you become yours once the fees for them are paid, unless your agreement says otherwise. We keep our own methods, frameworks, templates and know-how, and you may use them within your own business.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your confidential business information private and use it only to deliver your work. We ask the same of you for our methods, pricing and materials. Your agreement may set out more detail.

10. Your personal data

We handle personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). We use the details you send us to reply to you, deliver your work and keep our records, and we do not sell them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who helps us handle it and how to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion.

11. Other tools and our other brands

We use trusted third-party tools, for example for payments, booking and email, and their own terms also apply when you use them. Sisterhood OS, Soul Path Map, Best Friend Productions and Inner World Workout are separate brands with their own terms where they publish them.

12. Liability

Our total liability to you for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. This website

The content of this website is ours or used with permission. You may read and share it for personal use, and you may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you accept an engagement applies to that engagement. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction.
